Non-Skilled Services
Our Non-Skilled Services focus on daily living support and community-based assistance that promotes independence and stability, including personal care assistance, companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, transportation support, housing support services, and assistance with daily routines in a safe and supportive environment.
Skilled Services
Our Skilled Services are provided under clinical supervision and are designed to support medical and health-related needs, including skilled nursing care, medication administration, wound care, health monitoring, care coordination, chronic condition support, and post-hospitalization care planning to ensure safe recovery and continuity of care.

1. Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT)
